Provides solutions for Microsoft Exchange Errors in iOS 6.1

A few days ago we talked about the news that AOL had sent to employees via email, in which they warned that Exchange was not working properly in iOS 6.1 for the disabled. AOL confirmed that Microsoft and Apple were working to fix the bug of "infinite loop", and many had highlighted the problem in the Microsoft forums. It seems that Apple has addressed the issue in its recent release of iOS 6.1.1, so Microsoft has released an official support document detailing some solutions for the error.

In the Microsoft document indicates the following:

"When a user synchronizes a mailbox using a device based on iOS 6.1, the server resources of Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Client Access (CAS) and Mailbox (MBX) are consumed, the log growth is excessive, use of memory and CPU and significantly increase server performance is affected. In addition, users of Office 365 Exchange Online receive an error message that resembles the iOS devices receiving 6.1: can not receive mail, the connection to the server has failed. "

They also advise reset the device with iOS 6.1, so if an iPhone is like an iPad. "Exchange If problems continue, Microsoft recommends and gives instructions to delete and re-create the partnership with the device, creating a custom policy 6.1 iOS user, or completely blocking the users of IOS 6.1 ".

Microsoft also took the opportunity to mention that they are working with Apple to resolve the issue and recommend to clients "open a support ticket on Apple business":

"Apple and Microsoft are investigating the problem. Will post more information in this article when available. At present, it is recommended to open a ticket at the Apple enterprise support, either through an enterprise agreement or through a "Cross-Platform Integration and Command-Line Interface" to inform and diagnose the behavior of iOS 6.1. "
