Jonathan Ive continues to add awards in UK

The Apple vice president of design merely accumulate all kinds of praise and awards in his home country: the United Kingdom. Last year, Ive became Knight of the British Empire and the recognition it has received this week is of such proportions, but he has collected with the same enthusiasm.

One of the most prestigious television programs for the BBC, Blue Peter, wanted to pay tribute to Jonathan Ive "as a source of inspiration and reference for children around the world." The space is dedicated to the youngest of the house. Jonathan Ive has been through the program to collect his award and appreciate some of the inventions made by viewers.

Speaking at the program, recorded a few days before it was issued, Ive had recognized the merit that children who "had objects made from discarded materials." For example, a boy showed a bowl to put paint brushes made from an old box of detergent.

This space leads BBC television aired from the 50s and so far has awarded more than 1,000 people with "Blue Peter Plate".
