Samsung, Apple's main competitor in the market of smartphones and tablets at the moment, is preparing to unveil "something new" next month. From 7 to 11 January 2013 will be held Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas. This event brings together the world's leading technology companies to present all their news.

The South Korean company could have chosen this event to launch its new smartphone, as indicated blogging as iDownloadBlog . So, in a month we could know the Samsung Galaxy SIII successor, the Galaxy S IV. According to rumors, this phone would give a radical turn to the smartphone market as it would have a five-inch display 1920 x 1080 with a resolution of 441 pixels per inch. The camera of the device would be 13 megapixels and improve the quality of photos in low light.

Moreover, there are rumors that go further and say that the Galaxy S IV would have a folding screen. This would be just one factor with surprise that Samsung might have been experiencing over the last year.

Currently there are more details about the issue and, as always, we will have to wait a few days before the event to meet last minute leaks. If Samsung were to present the successor of the Galaxy S III, one of the most sold smartphones right now, Apple would have to put the batteries to show more than just "an iPhone 5S". However, we think that Samsung Galaxy SIV will leave for another time in 2013, preferring to give more importance to their televisions.
