Apple just released the fourth beta of iOS 6.1 a few minutes ago. The update is available on the Developer Center even if you already have any of the betas installed on your iPhone, you can download via OTA accessing the device's settings menu. Incidentally, Apple has also released a new version of Xcode 4.6 A new beta firmware for the Apple TV.

Are unknown improvements provided by this beta with respect to the above. Most often, usually a better performance and system stability, which is necessary before releasing the final version for all users.

What we do know is that with iOS 6.1, Siri can buy movie tickets in some countries and will hopefully improve some of the problems associated with Wi-Fi connectivity, automatic brightness adjustment and other problems that some users have reported the latest mobile operating system.
