Apple and HTC have signed peace in patent war

Through a press release, Apple and HTC have announced that they have reached an agreement to license the patent war. The U.S. firm and the Taiwanese have signed a license agreement for 10 years and the interruption of all pending court actions.
Tim Cook, Apple's CEO, and Peter Chou, CEO of HTC, have made ​​statements about it, and both agree that this truce will allow them to focus on product innovation.

"HTC is pleased to have resolved its dispute with Apple, HTC and so can focus on innovation rather than litigation," said Peter Chou, CEO of HTC.
