The iPhone 5 has a camera 8Mpx

El iPhone 5 tiene una cámara de 8Mpx

Following the hardware that brings the new iPhone 5, it's the turn your iSight camera which offers a resolution backlit sensor 8Mpx. The lens aperture is maintained with respect to the iPhone 4S and 2.4. It also incorporates the infrared sensor.

The A6 processor also plays a very important role when it comes to taking pictures as their performance to capture pictures faster, work better in low light (imagine that by post-processing).

Now it is also possible to make panoramic photos directly from the camera app. We do not know if this feature is unique to the iPhone 5, but hopefully not as in iOS5 and discovered it was hidden.

The video recording rear camera is 1080P (like the iPhone 4), to take pictures while recording and detected faces. The image stabilization is also enhanced.

In regards to the front camera, the iPhone 5 finally welcomes one capable of recording at 720p for video conferencing with minimal definition.
