Samsung could sue Apple if the iPhone 5 supports 4G LTE networks

When has not yet taken place the presentation of the new iPhone from Apple, Samsung threatens to sue U.S. factory to use patents networks compatible with the new 4G LTE (Long Term Evolution).

Supposedly, Samsung does not yet know the features of the new iPhone, so it would be waiting for this afternoon, to see if it supports these networks. This is confirmed by an employee of Samsung in The Korea Times " It is true that Samsung Electronics has decided to take immediate legal action against Apple headquarters in Cupertino. The countries of Europe and especially the United States - the homeland of Apple-are our main goals. "

Anyway, it seems that the new Apple iOS device itself will be compatible with the new 4G LTE networks. We will have to wait until tomorrow to have new news on the legal battle between Apple and Samsung.
