\"

The case between Apple and Samsung is a legal battle that stretches becoming more and whose end is hard to imagine right now. On termination of the trial held in San Jose (California), Apple does not want to settle for the 1,049 million dollars that Samsung will have to pay and is now asking other $ 707 million to the South Korean company for "stealing their market blatant copies ".

Of course, Samsung has responded by stating that the trial "was not fair, since that court and the jury were limited to a very complex legal process that involved dozens of patents." But Apple sees things differently. According to the apple company, Samsung has hurt sales of iPhones considerably in recent years "to market clones" that have been subtracting its smartphones market.

Samsung does not give truce and has already announced that the iPhone 5 will include in its list of demands against Apple.
