A Chinese company copied Apple's iPhone 5 before submission

While many expect the arrival of September 12 to take place the presentation of the iPhone 5 , a Chinese electronics company has copied the supposed new iPhone model under the name GooPhone i5. And on the occasion of its launch, Apple might want to sue claiming that the Chinese model was brought before the U.S..

The GooPhone i5, whose name is very similar to the iPhone 5, has also copied the aesthetics of Apple's new product replaces the block broken by a wasp. However, it seems in some technicalities as distinguished processor (lower course of the iPhone 5) or operating system (in this case Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, but integrates an appearance very similar to iOS 6).

Not the first time a Chinese factory Apple faces because of their products and imitations, because Apple has already paid $ 60 million after the company Proview by the name "iPad". But this time it seems that lawyers anticipate the event to not happen again.
