Apple increased the download limit to 50 MB on a 3G network

limite50gb Apple aumenta el límite de descarga a 50 MB en una red 3G

From now on we will have to be careful if we hired a limited data plan with a number of gigs a month on our telephone operators. Apple this week has increased the download limit of applications in the App Store. If until now we download 20MB maximum without being connected to a wifi network, from the moment we get up to 50Mb using our 3G connection.

The reason: the rise of the retina display with the launch of the iPhone and the consequent general increase in weight of those applications that offer higher image resolution. And, of course, the imminent arrival of 4G networks that will allow download speeds ten times faster than 3G.

One advantage that we will make things much easier when browsing the App Store. On the other hand a disadvantage, because we have to be aware of our consumption data.
