If you want to hide your email accounts unwanted eyes it is best to put a password to the application Locktopus for example, but if you want to be more discreet HiddenMail, a modification that will hide your accounts showing the screen that appears when you have an account configured. If you want to display your accounts just click three times the screen (same site).
